Craft a spooky ghost tree with your kids for Halloween.

It’s so easy.

First gather some tree branches from outside.

Arrange the branches in an orange terra cotta pot. To hold the branches in place, the kids gathered pecans, or alternatively you could use crumpled brown paper, soil, or small pinecones.

The ghosts are made from cotton balls, white tissue paper, and clear fishing line.

Place a cotton ball on the tip of the branch. This reminds me of roasting marshmallows and campfires. Aren’t you glad it’s fall?

Drape a rectangle of tissue paper over the cotton ball.

Tie fishing line around the neck to secure the paper in place.
