Thanksgiving Day Pie Topper Printable!

By Brenda Ponnay

We are big-time pie eaters in my family. In fact, that may be our favorite thing about the Thanksgiving season. Right up there with getting together with family and being thankful and all that…. Naturally, as a pie-loving family, we can get a bit possessive about our pie slices.

There’s always enough pie on Thanksgiving day but things getting a little more territorial after that. There’s nothing more disappointing than salivating over that leftover slice of pumpkin pie, imagining how great it will taste for breakfast with your morning coffee and then discover to your dismay that somebody ate it the night before as a midnight snack! The horrors!

I decided to make some pie toppers to prevent such tragedies. They’re sort of like cupcake toppers but for pie.

This one above is my favorite. (It’s a joke. There are no onions in my pecan pie. But don’t tell my kids that!)

Happy Pie Season!
