All you need for this tutorial is washi tape, a plastic ornament and scissors. The plastic ornaments and  washi tape can be found at Michael’s Arts & Crafts.

Simply wrap the tape around the plastic ornaments. Cut to different lengths, overlap, make patterns……the sky is the limit.
