End-of-School-Year “Exit Interview” Printable

It’s that time of the year where everyone has summer break fever and the school year is wrapping up!

We thought it might be fun to make an “exit interview” worksheet for kids to fill out before the summer daze takes over and they forget all the fun things we did all school year!

Journaling is such a great exercise for kids and it’s even better when they find their old records years and years later.  You can download our free and fun worksheet here.

Or better yet, buy them a journal and keep the exercise going all summer long!  If they are not taking to writing just yet, fill out the blanks for them and let them draw their pr- and post school-year selves.
