Cake Lingerie for Pregnant and Nursing Mothers

Where were these gorgeous undergarments when I was pregnant and nursing? Seriously.

Created by a genius in Australia, Cake Lingerie is now available in the Unites States in boutiques and the ubiquitous retailer Destination Maternity. Or, you can shop their online store (though their website is not very intuitive– so make sure you go to the bottom and select US from a drop down menu to see US sizes and prices). Also, be prepared to pay for Fedex for shipping (ouch).

All Cake Lingerie bras feature drop cups for easy feeding and inbuilt support for shape (no underwires). There are several eye-and-hooks for added length to accommodate an expanding (pregnancy) and retracting (postpartum) rib cage and nickel-free hardware to avoid skin irritation.

There’s also some loungewear and nightgowns that round out the line. But it’s the underpinnings that are the real standouts here.
