How to make this Space Alien costume:

Blow-up your inner tube and gently apply your adhesive LED lights. (These lights are so cool. You can cut them to be any length and they stick everywhere. I have a feeling these might show up in some future crafts, there are so many things you can do with them!) Attach the battery pack to the underside with a piece of packing tape and you are set to hover.

Pop the inner tube over your head (we attached ours with some invisible fishing line suspenders but protect the line from cutting into the skin on the shoulders with padded cloth or moleskin strips), put on your alien sunglasses and alien bobble antennae headband and you are ready to light-up your neighborhood with some extra-terrestrial spookiness.
