Tegu Instructional Videos and Fun Creations

Several years ago, Tegu launched this fun social media project where ahead of Christmas you and your family could request (via Tweet, Facebook or Livestream) that a master block builder make you your very own creation solely out of innovative Tegu magnetic wooden blocks (which we wrote about not too long ago). You and the rest of the world can still see the creations that came to life in real time and now live on Tegu’s YouTube channel.

Audrey’s sons (from MomGenerations) requested a spider. Here is the video:

The good news is that you don’t need to take detailed notes of how to build these creations. The build demonstrations are recorded and archived, serving as a video instruction manual for a total of 164 of them.

While watching these videos, during the span of an hour, my son asked me at least half a dozen times what the Tegu builder was up to (I find the clickity-clack of the magnetic blocks oddly soothing), pitching me requests all the while.
