I used to do this!! I would cut up pretty strips of paper and NOT paint them and have a funky one of a kind necklace

My girls and I are going to do this…I am excited and so glad I didn’t throw away the pile of magazines this past weekend!!
What a great crafts project….we’ll have our own little Mardi Gras out here in Arizona. Perhaps make enough to hand out to the neighborhood kids, too!
