Jello Week: Bespoke Jelly Mold
Sep11
My, my. Look how fabulous this is.

This particular creation is by Bompas & Parr which designs bespoke jelly molds and creates fine English jellies.
Prices start from £300 (c. US$530) depending on scale and technical complexity.
What we learned from Bompas & Parr’s website:
Jellies make superb centerpieces. The Victorians used jellies to decorate their tables for dinner parties. As people jogged the table they would wobble entertainingly. There is arguably an erotic quality to the quiver. Once the other courses were finished the jellies were removed to a sideboard and served to the guests.
