Perusing through children’s catalogs and online boutiques is luckily a needed source of distraction, rather than frustration. Pictures and design is eye candy to me.
Rainbow in clothing are a trend I’ve noticed. Or, maybe I’m just trying to rename the well-entrenched multi-striped look into something, well, sunnier.
Here are some ideas:

I love this hat & mittens from Mini Boden.

These remind me of my 70s school years. The zipper hoodie is from The Children’s Place. The sweater is from Hanna Andersson. And, the sweater vest is from Mini Boden.

Though, if I had a girl I would try to make this jacket part of her long-term memory. I love it, ’nuff said.

  • ooh, I’m all over this trend! the boys love rainbow and I’m putting a rainbow vest in my knitting queue… fun!

  • This is going to make Bella SO happy. She is a rainbow freak. I can’t wait until next year, when she gets to go to kindergarten at the non-nazi-dress-code public school! Yaay, cute clothes again!
